One of my favorite snacks is toast. It's crunchy, it's tasty, and best of all it's toasty...until it hits the plate. You know what I'm talking about. That layer of condensation that forms underneath your toast and inevitably turns what could have been a slice of crispy deliciousness into something that's more reminiscent of mushy yuckiness. Yeah, not exactly appetizing.
So, how does one avoid the mush factor at meal time? I have two words for you: paper towels. Yup. Not only are they great for cleaning up messes, but they're also great at preventing toast catastrophes. All you have to do is fold one paper towel in half, and then in half again, place it on the plate, and top the whole thing off with your slice of toast.
Gloriousness at its finest...I mean, toastiest.
